Description:
Winchester Model 1890, this is a late production 3rd Model 90 in the rare 22 long version. The blue on the barrel is a strong 95% with the remainder of metal surfaces showing around 60%. The S/N 838787 is one of the latest in the Model 1890 series of rifles, and built around 1944. The bore is mint and the action works smooth and locks up tight. Wood buttstock is nice and full and has no cracks or deep marks. Forearm shows marks and a few small chips from use. Nice example of the hard to find Model 90 Long.
