Description:
Henry Tolley, London Gun Maker, Damascus Hammer Gun in 12 Gauge. 30" Damascus barrels, choked skeet .004 and lt. mod. .014. 2 3/4" chambers with extractors. Prince of Wales walnut stock measuring 14 1/2 inch lop, 2 1/4 inch dac and 3 1/4 inch at heel. A hammer gun with lavish scroll engraving throughout. The receiver, barrel and forend wood have matching serial number, 2268, and the top of the rib is marked with 715, as are the barrels under the forend. Please see bullet points for more information. Caliber Info: 12 Gauge.
Chambers: 2 3/4 inch.
Metal Condition: Barrel to receiver fit is fairly loose, lever is left of center, no original finish, and there are two dings in the left barrel, 2 3/4" & 4" from muzzle. Left firing pin replaced and does not have rebounding spring as the original on right side.
Wood Condition: Scratches throughout forend and butt stock. There are a couple of cracks in the butt-stock adjacent to the underside of the receiver. The forend is solid and the release button works good.
Bore Condition: Heavy pitting throughout.
Barrels: 30" Damascus
Triggers: Double triggers.
Stock: Walnut, checkered with Prince of Wales grip.
