Description:
This is an early model 60 S&W Revolver in .38 Special caliber. Revolver is in excellent overall condition showing little use. Also equipped with a pair of carved genuine elephant ivory grips as shown in the photos. The model 60 was Smith & Wesson's stainless steel version of their wonderful Chief's Special revolver, and in fact was the first model Smith & Wesson ever made in stainless. Naturally it is a "Pre Lock" version, with a serial range R11451x.
