Description:
This is the unique twist operated repeating rifle with the magazine in the butt. Cal 50 RF. Marked "Meriden Manuf Co" and also "Kentucky". Most or all were marked this way. On the upper tang is the "Triplett & Scott". A pretty good looking gun with an aged finish to the bbl. Looks like it may have been lightly cleaned in a couple of spots. There is pretty decent case colors showing on the frame. The stock has the typical crack where the mag tube goes through the stock. No wood missing and the stock is in relatively good cond as is the forearm. These are a strange but neat gun. A good collectible.
