Description:
This gun includes the shortest of the 3 different length forends. Full oct bbl and full length mag tube. Cal 44-40. Orig sights. Dark bore. Wood is in generally VG cond with the usual mars and dings frequently seen on these imported short rifles. All of these went down to Central America and came back in horrible condition. This gun retains a heavy dark patina. Some rounding to the corners and shows a fair amount of use. Looks as though it was used for hunting daily. It still is not a bad representative of a short rifle.
