Springfield Armory M1 Garand Iwo Jima
U.S. Rifle, Cal .30 M1, Springfield Armory, 7113215, #1762 of 1945. Yes, this is the Springfield Armory M1 Garand in 30-06 but in commemoration of the battle for Iwo Jima. Rifle is unfired with the metal being 99.5% with some edge wear from the factory or handling. The wood is near perfect as well one ding forward of the lower sling point. The rifle does not have its box or any accessories at the present time. They were lost in the several moves. Please observe the laser carvings on either side of teh butt stock. The rifle is one of many firearms from a self-proclaimed gun hoarder’s collection.
