REMINGTON NEW MODEL POLICE .36 CAL. PERCUSSION REVOLVER CA. 1865. 4 ½” octagon barrel with ‘E. REMINGTON & SONS, ILION, NEW YORK/NEW MODEL” address. All matching with nickel plated loading lever, hammer and trigger guard. Frame, barrel and cylinder with original grey patina. Old minor repair to back strap behind hammer. Excellent walnut two piece grips. Excellent working order and very good bore and chambers. Nice looking example and scarce in original percussion not converted to cartridge.
