CIVIL WAR COLT U.S. MODEL 1851 NAVY REVOLVER. .36 cal. with 7 ½” octagon barrel with crisp “ADDRESS COL. SAML. COLT NEW-YORK U.S. AMERICA” address. All matching numbers in the 123,xxx range as produced in 1862. All original except the lever catch which is a replacement. Metal cleaned lightly to a medium grey patina. Excellent markings and partial cylinder scene (20-30%). Excellent original grips with the original finish. Working order and good bore and chambers. Early Civil War all matching Colt 1851 Navy at a reasonable price.
