Description:
This is a vintage Winchester Model 1882 reloading tool for your 38 WCF (38-40) cartridges. Tool is missing the decapping pin. Metal surfaces retain about 30% thinning and fading original blue finish with some light pitting and older oxidation staining. Someone lightly stippled their initials and the date "JE 1936" Markings are clear and legible.
