Description:
Winchester Model 70 .257 Roberts manufactured in 1948 . This is a transitional model with the "cloverleaf" top tang. 24" barrel with integral ramp front sight. Bore as new. Filler plug in rear sight dovetail. Topped with a Weaver K4-1 Micro-Trac 4X scope mounted in Beuhler bases and rings. Excellent optics. 13 1/2" LOP to factory steel buttplate. 9lb 2oz as scoped. This is an all original gun that is of collector quality retaining 98% blue with slight loss at muzzle and on sharp edges. Original stock finish at 98%. Checkering at 98%
