Vintage Patek Philippe ornate open face pendant/pocket watch. Beautiful hand painted enamel dial. Hinged case back reveals and inscription and date of July 4th, 1906. Evidently, this was a gift and dated accordingly. This magnificent time piece is in perfect working order. Possible shotgun trades such as Beretta S05, Perazzi M8, Ljutic, etc.
