Winchester 16ga. model 12.Built in 1917,this gun has a 28" solid rib nickel steel barrel choked full.The gun is in excellent mechanical condition retaining about 85% of the original blue and wood finish.The bore is excellent and free of rust,dents,or pits.The gun has the early style stock and the small corncob forend.Solid rib nickel steel guns are scarce.This is a nice solid early model 12 in unaltered original condition.A great hunting gun.It has a 25/8" chamber which was standard for 16ga. at the time.C&R eligible.
