Lovely Smith & Wesson Model 1 Presentation. Comes with a 3 1/4" barrel, checkered ivory grips, and engraved on the left sideplate is
" DAVID L. SMITH; From his Friends; Phila; Mar. 19th 1872". Nice condition with some nickel losses on the side of the hammer, front of the cylinder, cylinder flutes, etc. The bore is dark but still retains strong rifling. Serial number 68552.
