Offered for sale is the very desirable 2nd Model Colt Match Target Woodsman with the 4 1/2” barrel. The gun is in excellent condition and remains in the original box with the factory brochure. This model was introduced in 1948 and this gun dates to 1951. This model has the slide stop with hold open and is the only model Woodsman that has the push button magazine. This model was only made from 1948-1955. The gun shows only some slight muzzle wear and a few handling marks. The factory stocks are free from cracks and the gun is mechanically perfect as is the bore. The factory original sights are adjustable for windage and elevation. Many collectors and shooters claim that this was the best Woodsman model that Colt produced. I offer a three day non firing inspection period and always want the buyer to be satisfied with their purchase. The gun will be packed correctly with the gun in a zipper sleeve and shipped via FedEx Air with insurance to your FFL dealer in the continental United States for $55 (California is extra because I have to ship through my local dealer). This gun requires a C&R or FFL license for transfer. I ship the following day after the payment arrives and provide tracking information.
