Sold Pending Funds----Offered here is a first series round butt Colt Detective Special from 1938. Included is the Colt Archives Letter. This is a wonderful double action Pre-War that exhibits all of the fine craftsmanship that made Colt the premiere company at the time. This firearm is in excellent condition with some freckling in the finish. Please view the photos here to evaluate the condition for yourself.

By purchasing, you are attesting to being of at least 21 years of age. ***The purchaser assumes all risks and should have a qualified Gunsmith evaluate the firearm before they shoot it. *** Payment must be by bank certified (cashiers) check or Postal Money Order. Shipping to AK or HI will have additional costs for which buyer is responsible. I will need a copy of a C&R or FFL dealer license to ship the gun. There is a 3 day, no-shoot, no disassembly inspection period and the buyer is responsible for cost of shipping both ways if returned. If your FFL dealer will not accept shipment from an individual, I will need an additional $40 to ship through my FFL.
