COLT SINGLE ACTION FACTORY ENGRAVED, RESTORED, 45 COLT CALIBER, BLUE AND CASE COLORED WITH CARVED PEARL EAGLE GRIPS.
Here's a beautiful restored, blue and case colored factory engraved .45 Colt, cica 1897. Unfired since restoration, but cylinder has been turned. Perfect action, extremely fine bore and chambers. Factory engraved and shiped to Hartley and Graham September 4th, 1897, shippment of 1, blue and case color, rubber grips with 4&3/4" barrel.
The Helfrict engraving has been expertly recut and all original contours and edges returned to their originals state. It has been upgraded with a fine pair of carved eagle grips dating from the turn of the last century. No cracks, chips or repairs visable.
Factory engraved, blue and case hardened single actions are extremely hard to find, and if this gun was in original condition, it would be worth tripple our asking price. If you ever wanted a blue and cased, factory engraved gun, this is it. It was found in over buffed, heavy chrome plated condition. It has correct early, bright blue and period style case case color finish with NO lacqur coating, and fire blue screws and trigger. All markings have been restored where needed. Compare to other similar restored and engraved Colts on this site and others. We are selling at a fair market price for a restored, factory engraved, blue Colt. Factory letter included.
