For your viewing from my shooting buddy's estate is a Colt model 1902 in 38 smokeless cal. Pistol is in original condition and does not appear to have been messed with. Ser. # 79XX barrel is in very good+ condition with strong rifling. Grips are in good condition. It has a bobbed hammer, and no safety. Pistol functions fine and appears to have the original clip. This pistol is a nice collectable specimen. My buddy inherited a collection of colt pistols twenty five years ago and did not shoot them. I suspect this pistol has not been fired in over fifty years. I have not test fired it. when coorisponding, please mention the number assigned to this pistol shown in the pictures.
