Description:
26 inch octagon barrel with full mag chambered in 40-82 WCF caliber. Bore is good but would benefit from a good cleaning. Most original thinning blue remains on barrel and mag tube. Bottom of the mag is a blue turning gray color. Most of the case colors on the receiver have faded with the balance having turned a brown/gray. Traces of case color remain on hammer and lever. Good action. Wood is good fitting and solid with remaining finish thinning in places. The usual amount of handling mars you would expect to see on and old rifle. Blade front and sporting rear sight. A good example of a Model 1895 rifle.
