Description:
This is a ground-up custom free rifle built by the late Coeur d Alene, Idaho and Butte, Montana gunsmith, Jim Lewis. The rifle is built on a pre 64 Winchester Model 70 action. The 27" stainless barrel is chambered for 30/06. The action is mounted with the Redfield Palma target sights, included are sight blocks for scope. The metal is set in Jim's horizontal laminated butcher block walnut stock with target sling forend and adjustable aluminum butt. This a serious shooters gun and I doubt it could have been built any better.
