Description:
Serial # 44-- puts this pistol in just about the middle of second generation first year (1956) production, Colt produced 8800 SAA's that year. This one is very close to new condition, Case colors 100% blue 98%, bore 100%. If you look at the picture of the butt end of the frame where the screw is there is a tiny amount of surface rust. The drag line on the cylinder is minimal. Black hard rubber grips show no wear. It comes with a black box which numbered to a 1959 gun, the box is not in good condition as you can see in the pictures. I've had this one since 1976,how time flys.
