Payment Types Accepted: Credit Card, Personal Check, Money order. Description: This is a Stevens model 414 chambered in .22LR made between 1920 and 1935. It has a 24-½” barrel with good blueing and a good bore. There is a small patch of rust near the “.22 LONG RIFLE” engravement. The front sight is a fixed blade sight set in a dovetail. The receiver is color cased, and is drilled and tapped for a peep sight. There is a chip missing from the rear left side of the receiver where it meets the stock. There is some pitting on the trigger and the lever has developed a patina. The finish on the block and hammer are in good condition. Mounted on the tang is a folding peep sight with adjustments for elevation and windage at the eyepiece. The walnut stock and forend are in good condition, with no major dents or scratches. There is a cartouche on either side of the buttstock. It is two circles with arrows point out of them, enclosed in a rectangle. The buttplate also has patina. A sling swivel is attached to the buttstock at the rear and the barrel band at the front. Length of pull is 13", overall length is 41", weight is 7.6 lbs. Our stock number is #A259.
