Description:
This original 30 caliber rifle has a browned 7/8" x 37-½” barrel rifled to an estimated 1:37 twist. The barrel is now covered with a patina and the bore is rough. Barrel is marked “S BECK”. The barrel is fitted with a fixed blade front sight and an open rear sight. The P++ curly maple stock is mounted with brass and German silver furniture, and a poured pewter forend cap. The wood is in decent condition, but there is a large crack running from the triggers to the breech plug. The hammer has engravement obscured by patina, and the lock plate has some scratches. This rifle has adjustable set triggers. The length of pull is 13" and the overall length is 53". Our stock number is P-26-85. Willing to ship anywhere in the US, buyer pays freight and insurance.
