Description:
Parker Bros. DH grade 20ga./16ga.2 barrel set.Built in 1898,this gun has 28" damascus barrels choked improved cylinder (.012") and light modified (.016").The bores are bright and free of any dents,rust,or pits.The gun is but on an O frame and weighs 6-5.Other features include double triggers,extractors,a splinter forend,and a skeleton buttplate.The second set of barrels were added at a leter date and are 16ga.They are 28" choked modified (.018") and full (.032").They are also damascus steel and have excellent bores.The 16ga.barrels have been rust blued,but are sound and ring true.The receiver retains traces of the original case colors and around 70% of the damacus pattern on the 20ga.barrels.This is a great upland bird gun or a fun clays gun for vintage shoots.Classified as an antique.
