Description:
For Sale, a Custom Built, Pre-64 Model 70 Match rifle with target stock w/adjustable cheek piece and Roy Dunlap Rubber Adjustable Buttplate. Just gorgeous fancy walnut grain and perfect rifle balance. Caliber is in .308. Front and Rear sight assemblies are vintage, Redfield International Match. Front sight base is a Scott Medesha unit, with integral bubble level to measure rifle cant. Heavy barrel, 1-11" twist, 26". Barrel has scope blocks installed, for those looking to put on a Lyman Super Targetspot, its ready to go!
The handstop is pretty neat, it is infinitely adjustable. Unscrew and slide front to back as required.
Rifle includes Merit adjustable Iris on rear. A full compliment of inserts for the front sight. Rifle also includes new 26" barrel blank, 1-11" 308'. Barrel is not threaded or chambered.
Rifle will be shpped in a hardcase.
