Description:
SOLD. For your consideration is a rare Krieghoff Model 32 Super Crown 4-barrel skeet set, serial number 5030. This gun is totally original and unaltered in all respects, including original finish to both iron and Dockwiller wood. One of only 48 Super Crown 4-barrel sets according to Blue Book.
Purchased new at Park Brothers in North Carolina (about 1972), until recently it was a one-owner set. Engraved by Niemeier and in addition to full coverage on the receiver, the barrel shoulders, chambers and front barrel hangers are also engraved. There are inlays of gold and silver on the receiver and the gauge designations are gold inlaid at the breech end of each rib. The gun comes in its original leather case (still in very nice condition) with canvas cover. Krieghoff International has verified this set as to grade and configuration. A rare gun in very original condition, this gun is still very tight and shows only moderate use. Here is one Super Crown still totally original in all respects.
