this is a pre 64 made in 1953,with 95% original blue, only mark on rifle is on left side of frame, otherwise
it is 98%, scratch is through the blue, and you can feel it, (in Pic). Standard model no checkering with an exc bore, and mechanics, checkered steel buttplate, wood has a couple of marks on forend, not deep, stock is 99% with all the varnish. this rifle was not carried much for sure.
