Description:
Cal 44-40. 24" round bbl, full length mag tube and crescent trapdoor buttplate. Sights include a blade front sight and Buckhorn rear sight. Metal has a good amount of refinish remaining. Receiver has 20th century engraving with a deer in a circle on the left and floral pattern on the right. Polished bright bore with no visible rifling. Wood has been lightly refinished with slivers missing at both tangs. Nice looking 1873.
