Offered for your consideration is this fine model 64 Carbine in 32 Win. Special caliber. Made in 1936, the third year of production for the model 64, it has the 20 inch carbine barrel with bright, excellent bore, a solid 10 on a 1 to 10 scale. It has the standard carbine ramp front with hood and a Winchester #22H rear sight. The barrel retains 98% original blue. The receiver is mechanically excellent, feeds, chambers and ejects smoothly with crisp, solid lock up. All screw slots are sharp and unmolested. The wood is in very nice condition with factory varnish in excellent condition. There are numerous minute handling marks from over the years and one compression mark on the left grip. Overall I would rate this model 64 a solid 85-90% condition. It's a beautiful and rare early 64 carbine for your collection!
