Description:
One of the most popular Colt percussion revolvers, with over 340,000 manufactured thru 1873, this gun, serial number 52466 was made in 1852. It is .31 caliber and has a 6 inch barrel. All parts are matching and original to the gun. It has been well used and may have been carried in the "War of Northern Agression". It comes with a typical walnut case (do not believe it is vintage), a Colt powder flask, a Colt bullet mold, and a original tin of correct period percussion caps. The gun is in working order, but we do not recommend firing these older guns. All in all, this would make a nice display piece for an office or library.
