SOLD! - you snooze - you loose Here is the finest 1886 deluxe Lt Wt 45-70 ( 156xxx) I have ever seen or owned. It is a classic model with ALL the right stuff. Model 21 Lyman receiver sight – a SOLID STERLING SILVER BUTTPLATE. To have such an exotic relatively long piece piece cast - it had to be sent to a special large precios metals casting company. There was over $1500 invested and materials and labor there. It also has a fine bore – gorgeous 3-4X fancy wood. All high condition original finish with virtually no handling marks. The pictures tell the story. It is the finest near mint quality non-engraved lt wt I have ever seen. There is very slight thinning only in the lower reciever 'carry area' Comes with ammo and dies and the original hard rubber buttplate.
