Colt Detective Special, Mfg 1940 38 special 2'' Round Butt. Ser# 472,127 Excellent condition,high percentage of original blue. Mechanics are perfert both in single and double action, locks up solid.minty bore and cylinder. Very good un numbered grips no chips or cracks very well fit.No pitting or rust anywhere, very clean, Doesn't appear to have been fired much at all. A little edge wear and thinning in a few areas ( corner of the butt and a little cylinder rubbs) All in all a solid very nice looking piece with a lot of nice brushed original finish.
