Description:
Pre war boxlock extractor double by Herman Eichorn and Son of Rostov,Germany.This gun has 30" Krupp steel barrels choked modified (.022") and full (.036") with 25/8" chambers..In addition,the gun has a set of full length Briley insert 28 ga. tubes fitted to the gun.The recevier is scalloped and fully engraved with game scenes.Other features include cocking indicators, intercepting sears,double triggers,a European checkpiece,sling swivels,and a horn buttplate.The bores are mint and free of dents,rust,or pitting.The barrels are on face and lock up tightly with no play or looseness.The wood is sound with no cracks or damage.The stock does have a few light handling marks as shown in the photos.This is a very high quality shotgun that would make an excellent all around upland gun.C&R eligible.
