Description:
This is 1862 Police 36 caliber percussion revolver with the fluted cylinder. It retains 35% blue and with small safety pins on the rear of the cylinder. The mechanical function is very good the bore is good plus bright and shinny but does show some traces of corrosion. It retains 35-40% case colors and the grips retain about 80% varnish. The serial number 37444 is all matching including the wedge on this 4.5” barrel 5 shot Colt. The manufacture date was 1868.
