Description:
A Brunswick 1837 pattern muzzle load percussion smooth bore trade rifle. Shows a rampant lion on the lock plate with the 10 gauge heavy barrel cut to 16 1/2 inches. Fit with brass trigger guard and butt plate mounted on a walnut stock. The stock has been decorated with brass tacks. Overall length of 32 1/2 inch. The lock is in good working order and the stock has no cracks or breaks. perfect the Civil War or Buckskinner reeactor and build to take hard use. This is an ANTIQUE and can be shipped directly to you. Sold as an Antique ~ no guarantees, warranties, or liabilities for any actual usage.
