Description:
A beautiful hand tooled holster marked Moose Brand for a 4 3/4 or 5 1/2 barreled Colt Single Action. It is a single loop holster with a nice large rosette stamp on the loop. It has the look of classic frontier era holster and would be a wonderful addition to your Colt. I believe the safety strap was added later. It is lightly used and the leather is very alive and has a century of use left in it. There are no tears or scratches only a some nice age patina. The side seam is expertly hand lased and the tooling is superb. The makers stamp is on the side of the skirt and the model number (ME 2) is at the bottom of the skirt.A very collectible marked holster. Gun is not included.
