Description:
SOLD Hall 1843 carbine used in the Mexican and Civil Wars. This one still retains the original smooth bore which is not usually found with the 1845 date. Action works perfectly and is tight. Wood to metal fit is very good. From what I can see of the bore, it is very good. Markings are complete and original. Traces of original color remains. These Hall carbines saw a lot of action and have a great history. It will make an excellent addition to your collection. American Arms & Antiques item # 1673
