Description:
This is a nice and early Winchester model 88 rifle in .308 Win. The rifle was made in 1956 and remains in very nice condition. The blue is quite strong with some muzzle wear and minor thinning on the barrel. There was a scope base on the rifle at one time and there is some wear on top of the receiver as well. The walnut stock is very nice with only a few light dings and a new coat of finish added. All in all a very nice early rifle.
