Here's an early American cartridge pistol often referred to as a curiosa.
You may have heard of the Chicago Palm pistol but did you know about the very scarce Shattuck Squeezer Pistol? It was made in Hatfield Mass. from 1907 to 1915. Total production estimated at only several thousand. This particular little beauty is rather fine considering the age.
The barrel group and receiver assembly still have about 90+% of the original factory nickle finish. The top of the frame and barrel group seem to have some surface thinning and a few tiny nicks and pinpricks. There is no flaking or pits anywhere. The sheet metal sqeezer panel seems to have acquired some small surface dings and scratches.
Both the frame and the barrel group have matching numbers. The gun locks up tight the firing pin moves and strikes properly from barrel to barrel each time the trigger is squeezed.
This is really an outstanding example of the scarce and little known American "oddity pistol"..... REDUCED**$1995**REDUCED
