Description:
This is a Sterlingworth 12 gauge shotgun built by Fox Gun Co between 1910 and 1930. The #2, 30” blued barrels are in decent condition with a light finish wear and scattered dings. “Gary Rose” has been engraved between the barrels where they meet the receiver. The bores are good, smooth with a few scratches. Both chokes are full. The blued receiver has some light scattered pitting but otherwise is in good condition. The blued trigger guard has some finish wear on the edges and engraving around the border. The new P++ forend and buttstock are in very good condition with only a few dings that don’t disrupt the finish. There are a couple scattered scratches but few that disrupt the finish. The buttstock has a grip cap stamped “A.H. Fox Gun Co. Philadelphia P.A.” and a 1” rubber recoil pad. Length of pull is 14”, overall length is 46-½”, and weight is 6.6 lbs. Our stock number is #A321. Willing to ship anywhere in the US to your FFL, buyer pays freight and insurance.
