Description:
We have a 1944 production 5.78 million serial Winchester M1 Carbine. This has an early high wood stock and two rivet top cover. The wood shows a fair amount of use and its fair share of dings but is in overall good condition and is ordnance cannon marked. The steel is in overall very good shape and shows a great patina. There is a very light import mark at the 6 o'clock near the muzzle but only "Arlington, VA" is legible.
