Description:
This is a Remington 760 Gamemaster chambered for 30-06. This model was built in February of 1952. The 22” blued barrel is in good condition having some faint scattered pitting and finish wear towards the receiver. The bore is a little worn but still has sharp rifling. The front sight is a fixed bead mounted in a ramped dovetail and the rear dovetail has been filled. The receiver is in good condition as well. It has finish wear on the edges, the action bars, and the bottom. It has been drilled and tapped for a scope and for a peep sight. The Redfield peep sight has adjustments for windage and elevation and is missing it’s aperture. The walnut stock and forend are in fair condition. There are dents and scratches throughout, but few disrupt the glossy finish. There is a chip out of the left side of the forend and a chip out of the pistol grip. A 1” Pachmayr recoil pad is installed on the butt. Magazine included. Length of pull is 13-½”, overall length is 42-¼”, and weight is 6.4 lbs. Our stock number is #A329. Willing to ship anywhere in the US, buyer pays freight and insurance.
