The Electroless nickel finish Colt's saw limited production making them quite desirable to collectors.
This Colt comes in its original number matching box with the Custom Shop label. Box includes the owner's
manual, Colt's Companion and authorized service pamphlets, the wrench in its envelope, hang tag, rust
paper, and the plastic bag. Just as it was shipped in 1980. The owner clipped an advertisement from a
magazine for this gun. This is the only advertisement I have seen for an E Nick gun..The gun remains in
near new condition with the only distraction being a light takedown mark.
A very nice and complete example of a Colt Series 70 E Nick National Match.
