Description:
24 inch round barrel chambered in 32-20 WCF caliber. Barrel is marked "SAVAGE SPORTER". This is an earlier gun that was most likely made in the mid 1920's. Most thinning original barrel blue remains. Bore is not bad but would benefit from a good cleaning. Checkered wood with pistol grip and schnable forend. Wood is in good condition with the usual handling mars and a small crack on top of the wrist. Savage steel butt plate. Blade front and Savage marked rear sporting sights. Correct original Savage Sporter marked 5 round magazine.
