Description:
This is a Winchester Model 290 chambered for 22 Long or Long Rifle. The 19-½” barrel is in good condition with no scratches or corrosion. The muzzle has been threaded and has a thread protector. The rear sight is adjustable for elevation and the front sight has been smashed off, but the ramped dovetail is still intact. The magazine tube is in similar condition to the barrel, having no damage, but the plunger has patinated. The blued receiver has scratches and dings throughout, but no corrosion. The walnut forend and buttstock with pistol grip are in fair condition. The forend has some usage marks and the finish on the bottom is lifting. The buttstock has a few scattered dings but few that disrupt the finish. There is checkering at the wrist and forend and the buttstock has a Winchester buttplate with a white line spacer. Length of pull is 13-¾”, overall length is 40”, and weight is 5 lbs. Our stock number is #A339. Willing to ship anywhere in the US to your FFL, buyer pays freight and insurance.
