Description:
This is a Winchester Model 255 lever action rifle chambered for 22 Magnum. The 19-½” blued barrel is in good condition having only a few tiny hairline scratches. The magazine tube is undamaged but the plunger has some very light corrosion. The front sight is a fixed post on a ramp and the rear sight is adjustable for elevation. The bore is in good condition with sharp rifling. The reblued receiver has a few small scratches on top but no dents or corrosion. The lever has some finish wear on the inside but is otherwise in good condition. The P grade walnut buttstock and forend are in good condition. There is basket weaver checkering at the wrist and forend and sling swivels installed. The forend and buttstock have a few scattered dings but none that break the somewhat glossy finish. The pistol grip buttstock has a raised cheek rest and a white line spacer Winchester butt plate. Length of pull is 13-¾”, overall length is 39-½”, and weight is 5.6 lbs. Our stock number is #A340.
