Description:
This is a Mauser 98 action restocked and rebarreled for 7mm Magnum. The 24-½” blued barrel is in good condition having a few hairline scratches and no corrosion. The bore is also good and has sharp clean rifling. The reblued action has no pitting or scratches, just light finish wear on the bolt release. There are some scratches on the trigger guard and floor plate, but no corrosion. Mounted to the receiver is a Tasco 3-9x32 scope in Redfield rings. The tube is scratched up but the glass is clear. The P+ walnut stock is in good condition. There are a couple dents and a few scattered scratches, but few disrupt the finish. Stock has schnabel, pistol style grip, and raised cheek rest. Sling swivels and recoil pad are installed, but the recoil pad is brittle and deformed. Length of pull is 14-¼”, overall length is 54-¼”, and weight is 9.2 lbs. Our stock number is #A348.
