High Standard Model “E” .22 LR cal., high quality, deluxe model of the hammerless series, adj. sight, 6 3/4 in. heavy bull barrel (approx .90 in. diameter at frame), checkered walnut target grips with thumb-rest, automatic slide lock, trigger stop, 10 shot mag. Holster wear on the lateral sides of the barrel with some nicks on the walnut near the thumb-rest and lower left front side. Approx. 2,600 mfg. this particular Model “E” serial number is 35899. Most guns found between 34,419 to around 98,306. cca. 1938-42.
