Description:
Serial #006226, 7.65mm Argentine, 22" barrel with a fine, bright bore that has some mild freckling within the grooves. This is a D.G.F.M.-made carbine that has 97-98% of an arsenal re-applied blue finish on the barrel and furniture, while the receiver and matching numbered bolt have been polished to armory bright. The darkly stained, unnumbered walnut stock and handguard are in very good condition, but have numerous minor handling marks across the entire surface of the wood. A small import mark is present on the right side of the receiver bridge, and a very small caliber stamp is present on the metal band just behind the nosecap. The muzzle has been shortened slightly, and will no longer accept a bayonet. This is a very good plus-near fine example of a desirable Argentine carbine overall. FFL or C&R
