!888 Springfield musket, w/expermental Ram Rod bayonet. Instead of the normal 1884 Buffington sight ,this has the 1873 sight, original to the gun. This piece is is in very good condition with VERY MINIMAL dings to the stock. It has a 1891 cartouche and a very strong bore. The action is tight as new. Serial # 523790
