Sharps Model 1863 Cartridge Conversion. 54 caliber with a very good bore. Excellent rifling with some darkness in the grooves. Barrel is 22” long with very good original blue. Bright case colors on the frame. Wood is very good. Cartouche is partially visible. Unusual section carved out in the shape of a rectangle on the right side of the stock near butt plate. Very attractive gun.
